My program is a one-on-one custom individualized plan for nutrition education, guidance, accountability, and resources and tools to meet your health and weight loss goals. I also have a group program option as well that is the same exact program, just delivered in a group format.
We will do this by focusing on my 5 pillars of health.
1st we will work on your FOUNDATIONS of health. We will build an understanding and awareness around these important concepts like sleep, hydration, digestion, stress management, self-care, and fit them into your busy lifestyle so you will remain successful even when we are finished working together. You will have lasting health changes in all areas of life.
2nd we will focus on HABITS and routines of health by implementing simple yet impactful habits into your life that will organically and naturally make positive changes towards your weight-loss and health goals. These habits will fit seamlessly into your busy life and give you clarity as to what you need to do each day without ever feeling overwhelmed about nutrition again.
3rd we will learn about MACRO Nutrition. We will identify your personal and specific macro plan to get you weight loss in a flexible and sustainable way, so you are completely confident in what you need to nourish your body daily for the rest of your life. I will empower you with nutrition education and tools and resources to better understand your specific body-which is truly invaluable knowledge that will last a lifetime.
4th we will dive into some MINDSET work around the scale, your body composition and any old or distorted thinking you may have that has been holding you back and creating negative self-talk. My goal is to improve your relationship with food and healthy thinking. We will celebrate your WINS and boost your confidence so you will believe in yourself and feel successful on a daily basis.
5th we will focus on MOVEMENT. You will gain a deeper understanding into what makes up your metabolism and we will work to find movement you truly enjoy. I will give you personalized movement goals, that we create together, so that you can easily incorporate them into your busy life. These benefits of movement will positively impact every aspect of your life.
Finally, I will provide you with all the TOOLS, resources and skill sets you need to keep the weight off for good and have a MASTER PLAN for a lifetime of health.
