After working with dozens and dozens of women, I have found that a minimum of a 6-month commitment is needed to truly implement change, see progress and MAINTAIN weight loss. Many women continue on well past the minimum commitment because they see such big results and wins in all areas. You've got to commit to yourself for a period of time to see the results you so desire, and I'm here to help you make that commitment!
This is NOT a problem at all. All of our coaching calls will be recorded so you can watch them when it is convenient for you. I will send out a poll to find the best time of day for the majority of our group to help with availability. You can submit questions before the call if you are unable to attend. The community group is there for daily communication and support as well!!
